Needs better management. Purchased 2 of the pretzel bite and drink combos. Got at the store And was told there was no dough and the manager wasn't available that day. Call to speak manager said he was gonna check this out for me. Never heard back.

Called to inquire about a cake for my nephews birthday, employee was rude and snappy. She stated that I would’ve had to order a day in advance and said I couldn’t be serviced within that work day … never experienced this in all my years of dealing with Great American Cookies as they are known for the 15 minute cookie cake. Went to another location and got a BEAUTIFUL cookie cake in 15 minutes.

Let it be known I love the product. The cookie cakes here are a staple of childhood and I have seen them, at birthday parties, about as often as DQ Ice cream cakes and Little Caesars Bigfoot pizzas as a kid. But along with inflation and what must be an unspoken sin tax on things like cookies and cupcakes, the prices are excessive. I will keep buying, and when I check at I will keep flinching at the total

This place has a generous deal, and the cookies are decent. It is nice that they have diverse flavors. However, I am not going to order them from Uber because without asking me, they randomly gave me 3 sugar cookies instead of two white macademia cookies that I ordered, because they were out of stock.

Delicious cookies!...We were visiting Alabama from California and decided to go here for dessert. They had a buy 5 and get 1 free deal, which was great for our family...The variety of cookies will delight the pallet of any cookie lover!... Glad this cookie shop is no where near my home because my waistline would be in trouble!🍪 …

Not as good as they used to be. They have a new recipe for the double doozies, or something. First time going there in 10 years and I was very disappointed. Just doesn't taste like it used too.
